My Story
Why I Started Car Buying Service USA
After 33 years in the auto industry, I had seen it all. I watched customers walk in excited about a new car and walk out having paid thousands more than they needed to — on the price, on the financing, on add-ons they didn't need and didn't understand.
I was good at my job. As a Finance Manager, I knew how to structure a deal. As a General Manager, I knew how to run a store. But over time, I started asking myself a harder question: who was I really helping?
The answer was clear. I was helping the dealership. Every tactic I had mastered — the payment focus, the four-square, the back-end products, the rate markup — all of it was designed to maximize what the customer paid, not what they got.
So I made a decision. I took everything I know — every script, every tactic, every number they'll try to move — and I switched sides. Car Buying Service USA exists for one reason: to make sure you never get taken at the dealership again.
